Our Story

At Luther Distilling Co., our story begins in the heart of Suwannee County, Florida—where hard work, family, and tradition run deep. As the first distillery in our county, we set out with a simple goal: to create high-quality, small-batch spirits that reflect the place we call home.

Using locally inspired ingredients and pure Florida aquifer water, we combine time-honored distilling methods with a hands-on, small-batch approach. Every bottle is a reflection of our commitment to craftsmanship, authenticity, and community.

From grain to glass, everything we produce is made with purpose—crafted to be shared, enjoyed, and remembered.

Weekly Drink Specials

At Luther Distilling Co., we’re always experimenting with new flavors and creating fresh cocktail recipes. Our drink specials evolve with the seasons, feature fresh and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and give us a chance to showcase the spirits we handcraft right here in McAlpin.

When we add a new spirit to our lineup, you can bet we’ll be behind the bar creating new ways for you to enjoy it!

Our specials change regularly, so there’s always a reason to try something new.
